![]() I think what sets me apart from others is that I have my own way of doing things. I do think that my creative side stuck around - it’s what pushed me to be on my own, to start my own business, and to create something different. I ended up back in school again to pursue my Masters in Nutrition and Applied Physiology and become a Registered Dietitian. It didn’t take me long to realize I wasn’t doing what I felt called to do. While I was lucky enough to have a job working as a design assistant for an incredible designer, it never felt quite right. I started out working in fashion design right out of college. Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others? I am a firm believer that it is the integration of several modalities that help us all live our most optimal. Also, I often collaborate with other experts when something is beyond my scope of practice or there is a need for additional support. ![]() If someone is coming to me with an injury, illness, or just a general question I want to be able to support them to the best of my ability. I take what I do seriously and want to be the best support I can be for my students and clients. EDUCATION I am incredibly passionate about what I do so it makes it easy to continue to learn, grow, and expand. It may take me longer to get noticed but i whole-heartedly believe in staying true to myself and to others - to not concede for a trend, a quick win, or outside pressures like social media, etc. It is important to me to do what I do with integrity behind it. It can be easy to get caught up in finding the easy way, fastest way, or trendiest way especially with the use of social media these days. INTEGRITY The health, wellness, and yoga world is an interesting place (I am sure like many others). CONNECTION If someone is taking the time to take my class or book a session with me, I want to take the opportunity to genuinely connect with them in some way. There are a few things that are incredibly important to me and what I think has helped my successes – connection, integrity, and education.
